In the process of conducting commercial activities, a huge amount of data passes through a person. Delivery dates, delivery dates, payment dates also with their dates and amounts. And as a result, you want to get a summary report that will give a short and comprehensive answer about what is happening now.

Ideally, there should be a table in which each transaction is dedicated to a row, and each new column will contain the necessary information about this transaction.
Of course, some of the information is already in one way or another
whatsapp number data in our accounting program, 1C or some other, but it’s not that simple.
Accounting programs are mainly intended for financial and economic activities, i.e. shipped goods - recorded, received payment for them - recorded. But such information as, for example, the date when the buyer will receive the goods by rail or the date of actual receipt or even the difference between these dates - this is no longer directly related to financial and economic activities, therefore, in accounting programs, as a rule, are not taken into account.
Meanwhile, such information may be of great importance for business. Until the buyer receives the cargo, he will not pay the remaining amount of money under the contract. And this is just one example, of which there can be an infinite number. Indicators for assessing the quality of your goods or goods that you purchase from suppliers, the distance in kilometers to your counterparty, etc. Sometimes any information can play an important role. And if you collect it and then analyze it, you can identify patterns and use them in the future.
One of our clients found themselves in a similar situation. They had already understood the importance of accounting for such information on a transaction long before implementing Bitrix24, but due to the lack of an alternative, they had to solve this problem in Excel.
Just think! At first, the manager copied all the companies he was currently dealing with into a 1C table, then wrote out the quality of the products from the assessment receipts, then entered and wrote out prices, volumes, amounts, etc.
The manager spent 2 hours a day on such work. Can you imagine: out of 8 working hours, 2 were spent not on working with contractors, but on compiling a report! And in the end, this work did not lead to a deep analysis of the data, it was briefly reviewed during the day and forgotten.
What did we do? Using robots, we forced managers to enter information into a deal in Bitrix24, simply during work with it, but not all of it, only that which cannot be calculated using other data. Then, using business processes, we calculated the remaining data. As a result, based on all the data, we built a report that provides comprehensive up-to-date information about each deal, and the manager began to spend less than 1 minute a day on its construction.
Now about the numbers
We added such functionality for our client for only 9,000 rubles. The average salary of a manager at the client was about 400 rubles per hour, and the number of these managers was 5 people. It is not difficult to calculate that the employee was absent from the workplace to compile reports, did nothing to increase profits. Therefore, 10 hours and 4,000 rubles were saved on the first day of full use of the functionality. This does not count the increase in profits due to the fact that managers devote more time to direct work.
And drum roll! The implementation paid for itself in half a week of use! In less than three days of use!
