IPS is a company with more than 20 years of experience in offering specialized Human Resources services such as personnel outsourcing, recruitment and selection, payroll outsourcing, headhunting and socioeconomic studies.

The Challenge:
The strategy that IPS used to attract clients was very focused on paid advertising and partner relationships. The client started using Hubspot and implementing the inbound methodology in 2014, however, they were not able to scale their results.
