Once launched, the organization must be aware of the draw at all times in case participants have any questions or if any issues need to be corrected. When the dynamics are linked to external platforms (such as Easypromos, CoolTabs or Typeform), it is necessary to check from time to time that everything is working correctly , since it is possible that some of the aspects may be misconfigured.

As the days of participation progress, and depending on the communication directors email lists results obtained, we will evaluate whether it is necessary to reinforce communication or send a reminder in the Stories section. If we detect that participation is low, we will still have time to try to correct it and improve the results.

7. Select the winners
When the participation period ends, the moment that all participants are looking forward to will arrive: the selection of winners. Before choosing the lucky people, it will be necessary to verify that all users who have entered our social media giveaway meet the established requirements.

There are several alternatives to make the process transparent, such as recording it on video and sharing it, or using external tools that provide certificates of validity (for example, Easypromos). If the draw has been as successful as expected, many users will be waiting for the result.

Use the social media profiles on which you have launched the giveaway to announce the name of the winners. On Instagram and Twitter you can mention them directly, but on Facebook this will not always be possible (due to the privacy policies that apply between pages and personal profiles). If the giveaway is based on comments, you can choose to reply to the comment indicating that they are the winner.
