Although Juan told us that they were very well truemoney database when facing the crisis; he had his website well set up, his online store working, a correct internal order in terms of inventory, shipments, organization and automation, he revealed to us that it was not always like this, since it was difficult for him to find the sales platform that would accompany him in the future of Las Mellizas, so much so that his impetus to have a system that was up to his needs, led him - years ago - due to cost and development issues, to move to Bolivia, Santa Cruz, some time later, he would find what he was looking for in Bsale.

Juan also told us that despite the efficiency of working with Bsale, the health situation also caused certain problems with raw materials and suppliers to arise, and more importantly, his business line of delivering nuts to offices suffered a significant decline as a result of the quarantine, reducing its operation to 10-15%, but as a counterpart, Bsale's Ecommerce allowed him to increase his online sales and offset those losses.
