To achieve these objectives, scripts are used - algorithms for dialogue between a store employee and a visitor, which include not only a narrative about the advantages of the product, but also identifying leading needs, working with objections, etc.

The scripts also provide the advertising database client with information about additional products, since the buyer does not always pay attention to them, even if they are able to satisfy some need.

To ensure that the specified algorithms are fully followed by employees, checklists are used - lists of actions that they must perform with each of the visitors, and record the results obtained.

To motivate employees to follow the rules of successful marketing, a motivation system is used, in which a bonus is paid for following sales instructions, and, on the contrary, a bonus is cut for ignoring the instructions.

A common mistake made in the motivation system is reducing it to the formula salary + percentage of sales in the absence of other methods of reward and punishment.

Another model is more productive: salary + percentage of sales + bonus. The basic part is the salary, the percentage depends on the amount of goods sold and is a floating value. If the sales plan for the reporting period is exceeded, the employee receives a bonus. An important condition for the effectiveness of this approach is the ability for the employee to independently calculate the amount that he should receive based on the results of the work. This will allow you to clearly understand what needs to be done to receive the maximum reward.
