WEB MARKETING ROADMAP: WelcomeTheatre web strategy roadmap Step 4: Build a community to lay the foundation for web authority The first of the activities we set up to build a relationship with our audience, collect feedback and test products and communication elements, as often happens with web projects, was the creation of the company page on Facebook . However, it was conceived in the form and function of an open community . Managed, fed and moderated by us, but absolutely open to feedback, reports and suggestions from the people who gradually began to populate it. Alongside it, a selection of complementary social channels (Twitter, Google+, YouTube) on different platforms (and therefore with different audiences) and a blog dedicated to Digital Theatre , with the aim of amplifying the scope of communications and branded content that we define and refine from time to time (based on user feedback and Insights) in the editorial calendar of the WT project.
