Each region has its own identity, including culinary, and this is manifested both in traditional cuisine and in the creation of "snacks" and picnics. In the first recruiting phase of this initiative, castings were held in 4 Italian cities: Pontedera, Ostuni, Sassuolo and Pinerolo . From all the applications, 20 were selected for each city, for a total of 80 people.
