You don't need to change it, but in some cases you may want the reply email to be different from the administrator's standard email address.

Add a form to your WordPress page

After setting up your form’s confirmation email, you need to add the form to your WordPress page.

First, you need to open an existing or new page from your WordPress admin sidebar.

Once there, simply click the Add Block (+) button in the upper left corner of the screen to open the block menu.

From here, find and add the WPForms block in the block editor.
