Available in over 60 languages , and used by users from 180 different countries , it didn't take long for Facebook executives to think about extending their WhatsApp offering to professionals, but this time... at a cost. So in 2018, Facebook announced the launch of a paid version of its application for businesses . WhatsApp Business was born.
The proposition of this new offer is as follows: all companies (of all sectors and sizes) can use this service to communicate their transactional messages to their customers and prospects.
