The data attributes are extremely diverse, encompassing a total of 519 categories, ranging from economic and social data to education, health, the environment, and infrastructure. Gapminder World 's useful features allow you to visualize the correlation between the aforementioned attributes for each country on a timeline, even going back 200 years! (This varies depending on the data attributes.) Gapminder World is extremely easy to use : simply select the attributes you want to compare on the horizontal and vertical axes and click the play button below to view a map of countries from the past to the present. To identify a specific country, click "select" next to it or select the country in the image to view its year-by-year status. (You can identify more than one country.)
