7.- Implement an Email Marketing strategy

Consider that with an email we sneak into a client's private space, right before their eyes.

If you are able to create attractive messages, they will read them and you will be able to guide your client towards the strategic points you want from your business.

8.- Conduct satisfaction surveys
There are 2 reasons why I suggest you carry out these satisfaction surveys if you want to retain customers:

The customer feels that you care about their opinion and, if they have detected any points for improvement, they will tell you more easily than if you did not ask them.
You know what they thought of your product or service , the service, the purchasing process, etc. and that helps you improve and perform better with other customers.
Think about the ideal frequency and time to send them and start asking your questions.

9.- Think about mobile devices
You probably already know that mobile devices, smartphones and ta email list providers in germany blets, are becoming more and more popular.

However, I want to remind you.

But not only when designing your website, keep this in mind also when developing customer loyalty strategies.

Choose one or the other depending on when and where you are going to implement them and who you are going to address.

10.- Measure and analyze regularly
As always, with every strategy developed in a business, the results obtained must be measured and interpreted.

Only then will we know if the decisions we have made have worked and, if so, how we can improve them.

Conclusion
Sales work is hard, I know from experience.

It requires perseverance and keeping your eyes wide open to know when is the best time to close a deal.

We must also be alert to detect possible customer dissatisfaction that could lead to losing our customers.

We don't want that to happen because, as we have seen in this post, customer loyalty has important advantages for the development of a business.

Can you tell me about your experience and what you think are the advantages of customer loyalty?
