Advantages of using Instagram for businesses and professionals

Post by jrineakter01 »

I signed up for Instagram in the early days, but I quit soon after. It just wasn't doing much for me. Maybe it was a bad approach on my part, but I would spend time looking at photos until I found one I liked. It really seemed like a waste of time. So I quit.

Seeing its evolution and success a few months ago, I thought that, as an online marketing professional, I had to be present. So in February 2018 I signed up again .

How has Instagram evolved since its beginnings?
During this time I have noticed several important changes. Beyond the evolution of the platform itself, my experience is becoming different.

The positive side is that on indonesia whatsapp number list a personal level I find it much more entertaining than a few years ago. Its rise to the detriment of Facebook has meant that many people start sharing the highlights of their daily lives on this network. So, combining friends, family and close professionals, I have a fairly entertaining timeline .

Professionally , I think it is an excellent tool to publicize the highlights of companies and people, with a more personal approach.

This, which I understand is the initial approach, seems fantastic to me. At least on the Internet, we read less and less. We have so much to consult that we barely scan a piece of content and move on to the next. For this reason, among others, I find social networks like Instagram or Pinterest very interesting.

How real is what happens on Instagram?
But the problem is when you go a little further and start to interpret the data of some profiles, to do some experiments with hashtags , to publish more frequently, etc. Your account starts to grow and you start to see the negative side .

I am not going to get into how real the activities of certain supposed influencers may be , that would be the subject of another article and I think that a lot has already been written on the subject.

What I found was a situation similar to the one that ultimately caused the Twitter crisis : fake followers, bots , bloated accounts with thousands of followers and only a few dozen posts, automatic comments in different languages…

Instagram has noticed this and is already taking steps to fix it by eliminating fake followers and likes . Let's hope they get there in time and clean up the network.

The reality is that real followers and likes , added to all the noise generated by automated and false content, generate a positive image on social profiles .

We see that volume and immediately think “ it must be someone important! ” But not all that glitters is gold.
