Courir wanted to simplify the lives of its customers during the holiday season with its The Christmas Rush campaign. Indeed, there are so many things to think about as the holidays approach: the meal, decorating the tree and gifts!

Courir aimed to create a hyper-personalized campaign to push the right product to the right customer based on their preferences. The challenge was to determine the best channel for this conversational experience.
