Investing in real estate is usually a very large undertaking, which is why companies in this industry are expected to be exceptionally professional.

In the logo of the Świerkowe Bielany investment, we wanted to emphasize both the proximity of nature and the modern solutions used in the buildings. The signet can be divided into two parts: the dominant green "ribbon", forming the shape of a tree and the letter "Ś" - from Świerkowe Bielany, and the gray shape of the house, which creates the letter "B". The whole is prepared in a modern style and in colors that speak of the proximity of nature (shades of green) and solid engineering (shades of gray).

When designing the logo, we were guided by the modern, elegant and minimalist style of the estate's buildings. The appropriate selection of font and the thoughtful arrangement of individual elements emphasize the high quality and prestige of the investment . The logo also includes the outline of the building connected with the number 7.

In the case of this investment, we focused on exclusivity and modernity. The serif font sri lanka telemarketing data used emphasizes the premium character and a reliable approach to the industry, while the minimalist gradient signet gives the brand modernity and professionalism.

The website of the new housing estate in Bielany Wrocławskie reflects the character given in the logo. It is clear, legible and has a modern and nature-friendly character. The website should be rich in content and visually attractive. Additionally, it must be user-friendly and encourage potential customers to contact us. That is why on the welcome page we have as many as 4 places that lead to direct contact with the developer : a contact number in the lower left corner, the possibility of contact via social media above the menu, livechat in the lower right corner and a link in the menu leading to the "Contact" tab.

The cooperation with Euro-Dom also included the creation of the developer’s main website and websites dedicated to specific investments: Wille Miejskie Krzycka in Wrocław and Wille Parkowe in Polanica-Zdrój.

As you can see, all pages are designed in the same style, so that the recipients have no doubt that these are pages from the same developer. When designing the pages, we focused on a minimalist, modern and subdued style, matching the development industry and, above all, the nature of the offered properties. The colors we chose for the EURO-DOM pages are browns and grays. Brown reflects the closeness to nature and the cozy, warm atmosphere of the Park Villas, while gray gives the pages a modern accent.

In addition to the appropriate appearance, we also made sure that the site was as functional as possible, without being visually overwhelming. To achieve this effect, we implemented the following solutions:

On the website of a development investment, it is crucial that the user can quickly and easily search for a property that they can purchase. For the purposes of this solution , we have created a configurator in which a potential customer can search for the property they are interested in . While browsing, they are accompanied by a legend and general information, which includes the area, price and availability status. After selecting an apartment, they receive detailed information such as: the number of rooms and their square footage, location and plan.
